Your role
As Storeroom Supervisor, you will play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring efficient stock management, control, and distribution across departments. Your work will directly support the excellence of our guest experience.

What you will do:

• Oversee daily operations of the storeroom and stock areas

• Receive, check, and properly store deliveries according to standards

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems

• Coordinate internal requests from different departments

• Ensure proper rotation of goods (FIFO system)

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, order, and organization

• Support monthly stock takes and reporting processes

Who we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role in hotels or high-volume hospitality environments

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes

• Good communication and coordination skills across departments

• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and stock control procedures

• Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude

Requirements:

• Passion for hospitality operations and high-end service environments

• Strong attention to detail with excellent standards of organization and cleanliness

• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented attitude

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments

• Previous experience as a Storeroom Supervisor, Stock Controller, or similar role in hotels or high-volume hospitality operations

• Solid knowledge of inventory management, stock control systems, and FIFO procedures

• Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and storage standards

• Fluent communication Spanish (spoken and written), English is a plus

• Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
