Your role
As Concierge & Guest Services Manager, you will be the heart of the guest journey, ensuring every interaction is seamless, personalized, and memorable. You will anticipate guest needs, coordinate bespoke experiences, and act as the key point of contact for all guest-related requests, delivering a truly exceptional level of service.
What you will do:
Oversee and elevate the overall guest journey, ensuring seamless and personalized service at all times
Manage and respond to guest requests with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail
Curate bespoke experiences, including restaurant bookings, activities, transportation, and special arrangements
Build strong relationships with guests to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
Coordinate closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ibiza’s best experiences, venues, and services
Train and support the concierge and guest services team to uphold luxury service standards
Ensure consistency in service excellence aligned with Nômade’s philosophy
Who we’re looking for:
Experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury guest services or concierge operations
Passionate about creating exceptional and personalized guest experiences
Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, intuitive, and service-driven approach
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Natural problem-solver with a proactive mindset and strong anticipation skills
Team player with leadership abilities and a calm approach under pressure
Deep knowledge of Ibiza lifestyle, experiences, and premium local services is a plus
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments
Strong passion for guest experience and personalized service excellence
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional approach
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and anticipation abilities
Excellent knowledge of Ibiza lifestyle, experiences, restaurants, and premium services is a plus
Ability to handle guest requests with discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail
Fluent communication in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Additional languages are a plus
Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
