Your role
As Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for shaping, leading, and elevating the entire guest journey across all touchpoints. You will ensure that every interaction reflects the essence of Nômade, anticipating needs, personalizing experiences, and delivering excellence at every moment.
What you will do:
Oversee and elevate the entire guest experience journey across all departments
Design and implement guest experience standards and service excellence initiatives
Act as the key guardian of guest satisfaction, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Anticipate guest needs and proactively create memorable and personalized experiences
Handle and resolve complex guest feedback with empathy, efficiency, and discretion
Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Analyze guest feedback and reviews to continuously improve service quality
Train, coach, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Ensure alignment with Nômade’s philosophy of conscious, elevated hospitality
Who we’re looking for:
Experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury guest experience, operations, or guest relations
Passionate about creating emotional, personalized, and memorable guest journeys
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence teams across departments
Highly intuitive, with a strong sense of anticipation and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, elegant approach
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex situations calmly
Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest psychology
Knowledge of Ibiza lifestyle, experiences, and premium services is a plus
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within 5★ hotels or high-end luxury hospitality environments
Strong passion for guest experience, service excellence, and emotional hospitality
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret guest feedback and data
Fluent communication in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Additional languages are a plus
Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
