Your role

As F&B Supervisor, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow, and maintaining the highest standards of guest experience. You will lead by example on the floor, guiding the team and creating a dynamic and positive environment.

What you will do:

• Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure smooth, efficient service

• Support and guide the team during service, leading by example

• Ensure consistency in service standards and guest experience

• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care

• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless operations

• Assist in training and developing team members

• Monitor service flow and support problem-solving during operations

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards

• Support stock control and operational procedures

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced F&B professional with a background in restaurants, bars, or hotels

• Passionate about service and delivering memorable guest experiences

• Hands-on leader with a proactive and positive attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized with attention to detail

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with natural leadership skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience as F&B Supervisor or similar role in hospitality

• Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards and operations

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Ability to multitask and manage busy service periods

• Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and service protocols

• Fluent communication in Spanish (English is a plus)

• Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
