Your role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and creating a seamless and memorable guest experience. You will play a key role in motivating the team, optimizing performance, and maintaining the unique spirit of Nômade on the floor.

What you will do:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations

• Lead, motivate, and guide the team to deliver outstanding service

• Ensure consistency in service standards and guest experience

• Act as a point of contact for guests, handling requests and feedback with care

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow

• Assist in staff training, onboarding, and continuous development

• Monitor service performance and proactively solve operational challenges

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards

• Support scheduling, stock control, and operational procedures

• Step in to lead shifts and manage the floor when required

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced hospitality professional with a background in restaurants, bars, or hotels

• Passionate about service and creating memorable guest experiences

• Strong leader with a hands-on and positive attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with natural leadership and problem-solving abilities

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume service periods

• Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and service protocols

• Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus)

• Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
