Your role
As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading all guest-facing operations, ensuring a flawless arrival-to-departure experience. You will oversee the reception, hosting, and service flow, acting as the face of Nômade and setting the tone for exceptional hospitality.

What you will do:

• Oversee all front-of-house operations, including reception, hosting, and guest flow

• Lead, inspire, and manage the FOH team to deliver exceptional service

• Ensure a warm, personalized, and seamless guest experience at all times

• Manage reservations, seating plans, and optimize table allocation

• Handle guest feedback, special requests, and VIP experiences with professionalism

• Coordinate closely with F&B, kitchen, and events teams

• Monitor service standards and ensure consistency across all touchpoints

• Train, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members

• Manage peak service periods, ensuring smooth flow and problem resolution

• Ensure presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance align with Nômade standards

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced hospitality professional in a similar Front of House or Guest Experience leadership role

• Passionate about service excellence and creating memorable guest journeys

• Charismatic leader with a strong presence on the floor

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Able to multitask and perform under pressure

• Natural problem-solver with a proactive mindset

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Front of House Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of reservations systems and guest flow management

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Ability to manage high-volume service with efficiency and grace

• Strong understanding of service standards and guest experience

• Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus)

• Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
