Your role

As Housekeeping Manager, you will lead the housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort across all areas of the property. You will play a key role in creating a serene and welcoming environment aligned with the Nômade experience.

What you will do:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across rooms and public areas

• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional standards

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation meet brand expectations

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks

• Manage schedules, staffing, and productivity levels

• Handle guest requests and special requirements with care and efficiency

• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth operations

• Monitor inventory, linen, and housekeeping supplies

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards

• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations in collaboration with an external service provider

• Support continuous improvement of procedures and service quality

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced housekeeping professional in hotels or hospitality environments

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and presentation

• Well-organized with strong planning abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Housekeeping Manager or Director in 5★ hotels or luxury hospitality environments

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and procedures

• Experience managing teams, schedules, and departmental budgets

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and quality standards

• Fluent communication in Spanish (English is a plus)

• Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
