Your role
As a Receptionist, you will be the face of Nômade Temple Ibiza, welcoming guests and creating a warm, seamless, and memorable first impression. You will ensure smooth front desk operations while delivering exceptional service and embodying our values of hospitality and connection.

What you will do:

• Welcome and check in guests with professionalism and warmth
• Manage check-outs and billing procedures efficiently
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with care
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
• Provide information about the hotel, services, and local experiences
• Manage reservations, availability, and guest profiles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest communications
• Support VIP guest experiences and special requests
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a Receptionist or Front Office role
• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems
• Experience in guest relations and customer service
• Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
