Your role
As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our guests, ensuring a highly personalized and memorable stay. You will focus on guest satisfaction, loyalty, and emotional connection, elevating every touchpoint of the guest journey.

What you will do:

• Create meaningful connections with guests throughout their stay
• Ensure personalized experiences by understanding guest preferences and needs
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
• Anticipate guest expectations and exceed them with thoughtful service
• Coordinate with all departments to deliver seamless and consistent experiences
• Support VIP guests, repeat clients, and special occasions
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address any concerns
• Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences
• Act as a key point of contact for high-level guest interactions
• Promote loyalty and enhance the overall guest journey

Who we’re looking for :

• Passionate about guest experience and relationship building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, attentive, and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proactive and service-driven mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Requirements :

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or similar role
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards
• Experience handling guest feedback and resolving issues
• Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus )
• Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
