Your role
As Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all hotel and restaurant operations during the night shift, ensuring safety, service quality, and smooth handover between day and night teams. You will act as the main decision-maker on site during your shift and guarantee a calm, secure, and seamless guest experience.

What you will do:

• Oversee all night operations across F&B, front office, and guest services

• Ensure smooth closing and opening procedures between shifts

• Act as the main point of contact for all guest requests during the night

• Handle guest incidents, complaints, or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency

• Ensure safety, security, and compliance protocols are strictly followed

• Coordinate with security, maintenance, and other departments as needed

• Conduct night audits and operational reports

• Supervise late arrivals, departures, and VIP guest needs

• Monitor property status, cleanliness, and readiness for the next day

• Support and lead night staff, ensuring service standards are maintained at all times

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced hospitality professional in a Night Manager or similar role

• Strong leadership skills with ability to work independently

• Calm, reliable, and solution-oriented under pressure

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

• High attention to detail and operational awareness

• Strong guest service mindset and professionalism

• Ability to manage emergencies with confidence and efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Night Manager, Night Auditor, or similar role in hospitality

• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and night audit procedures

• Experience in handling guest relations and operational incidents

• Good understanding of safety, security, and emergency protocols

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
