Your role

As a Room Service Supervisor, you will oversee the in-room dining operations, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-quality service experience for our guests. You will lead the team during service, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure every order is delivered with precision and care.

You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence and creating memorable in-room dining experiences.

What you will do:

• Supervise daily Room Service operations and ensure smooth service flow

• Lead and support the team during service, ensuring efficiency and quality

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guest rooms

• Maintain high standards of presentation and service

• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism

• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments

• Monitor service standards and resolve operational challenges

• Support training and development of team members

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced hospitality professional in Room Service, F&B, or similar roles

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Strong leader with a hands-on and proactive approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized with strong attention to detail

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with natural leadership abilities

Requeriments:

• Previous experience as Room Service Supervisor or similar role

• Strong knowledge of in-room dining operations and service standards

• Leadership and team coordination skills

• Ability to multitask during busy service periods

• Understanding of hygiene, safety, and service protocols

• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)

• Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
